I have this response, which is a FHIR location resource in a bundle. I would like to load the entry(0).resource into a context property defined as HS.FHIR.DTL.vR4.Model.Resource.Location so I can use it as a source in a DTL. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Healthcare interoperability is instrumental in improving patient care, decreasing healthcare provider costs, and providing a more accurate picture to providers. However, with so many different systems, data is formatted in many different ways. There are many standards that have been created to try to solve this problem, including HL7v2, HL7v3, and CDA but each one has its drawbacks.
We have a mixture of legacy and new systems, and are grappling with the issue of moving documents between systems.
At the moment we are mostly using file drops and encoding metadata in filenames, but a new supplier (letter transcription) is going to provide a Hl7v2 feed sending MDM^T02 messages with PDF's of letters base64 encoded in the message itself.
We are thinking of asking all our suppliers to go with MDM (or ORU) for sending documents.
I'm interested in the pros and cons of the options; and if there are options I haven't thought of.

We are ridiculously good at mastering data. The data is clean, multi-sourced, related and we only publish it with resulting levels of decay that guarantee the data is current. We chose the HL7 Reference Information Model (RIM) to land the data, and enable exchange of the data through Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources (FHIR®).
Cures Act USCDI/ C-CDAv21 certification. I am looking for SDA3 examples for Newman-Bates-Kid/registry settings/advices on how to learn / whatever is helpful. InterSystems xsl files are clean but I am not working very often with xsl. I am mainly looking at Provenance and Clinical Notes, the 2 last errors we have. InterSystems documentation, so far I know, is very poor: only classes and some pages. Support has a small knowledge about SDA3 -> C-CDAv21 even if they try very hard to help.
InstallFoundation method is missing (IRIS 2023.2+)
Recently IRIS 2023.2 was released. This version removed this method InstallFoundation from this class HS.HC.Util.Installer. This was a private method and it was not documented. But it was widely used by the community to install FHIR server.
So if you encounter this error:

What changes are to be made while customizing a FHIR server package when adding a new field. As provided in the documentation, we have a sample JSON package of favorite color and it is added in the table, but when we are adding a new field 'Insurance', it does not imports the package and says package already exists. We have three files of JSON
1) Package.JSON
2) SearchParameter.JSON
3) StructureDefination.JSON

I have attached a document that describes the product I have developed called NiPaRobotica Pharmacy. This is an interface I developed that accepts Pharmacy Dispense Requests and converts the line items on the order into dispense dialogues which it sends to pharmacy robots. I deployed the interface into 3 Hospital pharmacies two of which had 6 robots that were arranged in such a way that the dispense chutes channelled medications to desks by the pharmacists sitting in windows serving 1200 patients a day. The robots cut the average waiting time from 2 hours down to one hour.
In 2021, I participated as an InterSystems mentor in a hackathon, where a newcomer to FHIR asked me if there was a tool to transform generic JSON data containing basic patient information into FHIR format. I informed her that I didn't know anything like that, unfortunately.
But that idea stays in my mind...
Several months later, in 2022, I came up with an idea to experiment: to train a named entity recognition (NER) to identify FHIR elements into generic texts. The training involved synthetic FHIR data generated by Synthea and the spaCy Python library.
I am new to fhir framework, I have searched articles to write graphql API using FHIR i did not get any proper tutorial for this. I need to find better tutorial or articles for this. I have written API using graphql, typescript with mongodb. Can some one tell why we need resourcetype, identifier in fhir.
