Permission error when accessing production
We are trying to access production through port 80 but we are getting the following error: "You do not have permission to perform this action", even accessing with users who have full permissions, _SYSTEM, SuperUser...
And with this we were unable to load any configuration of any component.

could you please elaborate more on this?
Do you have webapp/webgw/apache configured correctly? Is the web application configured as a REST or as a csp application? is there anything in the apache log? and in the webgw log?
