Over the last year, the CCR development team has prioritized changes to the CCR application to better expose and encourage best practices for using CCR. This article will highlight some of the areas that we've focused on:

  • Organization Dashboard
  • System Alerts
  • Branch Hygiene

In each of these areas, we have increased the visibility of potential CCR usage issues and given users tools to proactively address them.

Question Prakash Hinduja · Sep 4, 2025

Hi Everyone, I'm Prakash Hinduja, a financial advisor and consultant. My roots in India now living in Geneva, Switzerland (Swiss). I'm looking for some suggestions on how to get the best performance from Adaptive Analytics 2023.2. I know it uses Adaptive Parallel Execution and automatic aggregates, but I'm curious if you've found any other tips or tricks. For example, are there any specific data modeling choices or system configurations that have worked well for you? I'm trying to make our cubes as responsive as possible. Thanks in advance for any insights!

I may have mentioned this before: I believe the Visual Traces, these sequence diagrams with full content of each step, are a fantastic feature of the IRIS Data platform! Detailed information about how the API works internally, as a visual trace, can be very useful for projects on the IRIS platform. Of course, this applies when we are not developing a high-load solution, in which case we simply don't have time for saving/reading messages. For all other cases, welcome to this tutorial!

If one of your packages on OEX receives a review, you get notified by OEX only of YOUR own package.
The rating reflects the experience of the reviewer with the status found at the time of review.
It is kind of a snapshot and might have changed meanwhile.
Reviews by other members of the community are marked by * in the last column.

I also placed a bunch of Pull Requests on GitHub when I found a problem I could fix.
Some were accepted and merged, and some were just ignored.
So if you made a major change and expect a changed review, just let me know.

Question Jonathan Harris · Sep 4, 2025

..Contains(source.{ORCgrp(x1).OBRuniongrp.NTEi2(x2):Comment(x3)},"(")&&..Matches(source.{ORCgrp(x1).OBRuniongrp.NTEi2(x2):Comment(x3)},"^[A-Z][0-9][0-9]$")

I want to do this to match strings such as X98. Community AI tells me this is correct but I get an error in testing. Specifically, this is the part causing the error;
..Matches(source.{ORCgrp(x1).OBRuniongrp.NTEi2(x2):Comment(x3)},"^[A-Z][0-9][0-9]$")

What do I need to change?

I created a new repo called ipm-module-budget from https://github.com/intersystems-community/intersystems-iris-dev-template template.

I cloned the repo to an EC2 instance in AWS. When I try to build image, I see this error:

Question Muehleder Helmut · Jul 24, 2025

Hi,

I tried to create a client for Google Cloud Storage using a private endpoint.

like this:

S client=##class(%Net.Cloud.Storage.Client).%New()

S sc=client.CreateClient("",2,credentialsFile,"",.out,privateEndpoint)

But privateEndpoint seems not to be used when trying to send blob from a file:

D sc.UploadBlobFromFile(bucketname,blobname,filename)

We can see at the firewall that the client still tries to use the public endpoint for GCS.

Even if the private endpoint is definitely reachable.

When we allow the public endpoint in the firewall then it is working as expected.

Is that a bug?

Over the last 9 years, I published more than 90 packages in OEX.
And over this time, conditions and environments changed.
In the beginning, there was

  • no Docker
  • no IPM/ZPM
  • no embedded Python, no AI
  • Caché, Ensemble, CSP, ZEN, .... were dominating

As time changed, also product versions and external languages changed.
Adjustment of a few packages was no issue in the beginning,
and was a matter of support quality to my "consumers".

With the actual volume, I see no way to keep this target up for all my packages.
and based on the quality checks, I have the impression it is not just my

I'm using this service to create a FHIR facade.
I want to return OperationOutcome to the calling application when I detect an error.
My code at present is :

set quickStreamOut=##class(HS.SDA3.QuickStream).%New()

set operationOutcome = ##class(HS.FHIR.DTL.vR4.Model.Resource.OperationOutcome).%New()

s issue = ##class(HS.FHIR.DTL.vR4.Model.Element.OperationOutcome.issue).%New()

s issue.severity = "error"

s issue.code = "exception"

s issue.details = ##class(HS.FHIR.DTL.vR4.Model.Datatype.CodeableConcept).%New()

try {

s issue.details.text = exception.
